Information on the processing of personal data (Art. 13 and 14 GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679)
1. Data Controller

2. Purpose of Collection and Processing
Personal data provided by users (e.g., name, surname, email, messages from the contact form) will be processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to requests for information sent through the contact form;
- Managing subscriptions to any newsletters or communications regarding the Philharmonic's activities (subject to explicit consent);
- Fulfilling legal, administrative, and accounting obligations.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of personal data is based on:
- Data subject's consent: expressed at the time of sending messages or accepting cookies;
- Execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures: for managing sent requests;
- Legal obligation: where required by current legislation in Italy and Europe.
4. Data Retention Period
Personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specifically, contact form messages are kept for a maximum of 365 days, unless prolonged legal needs arise.
5. Extra-EU Data Transfer
Personal data may be processed through services provided by third parties (e.g., hosting services or anonymized statistics), some of which may have servers located outside the European Union. The Controller ensures that the transfer takes place in accordance with applicable legal provisions by stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
According to the GDPR, as a data subject, the user has the right to:
- Access: ask for confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them and receive a copy;
- Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data;
- Erasure (Right to be forgotten): obtain the deletion of data, provided there are no legal obligations for retention;
- Limitation of processing: ask that processing be limited in certain circumstances;
- Data portability: receive their data in a structured and machine-readable format;
- Objection: object to processing for legitimate reasons or for marketing purposes;
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal).
